we had our first football game for pep band this friday. our football team is normally rather good, but we were playing against Jesuit, who are the Oregon state champs and 38th in the nation. we lost 49 to 0. after the game was fun though, because everybody went over to Sharis to have milkshakes and food. its the only place thats open for late night events.

YUM milkskakes! i <3 strawberry milkshakes! like right by Senior there's like this whole strip of restruants that are open late. it sucks though cuz it's like mcdolnalds, taco bell, taco john's, and like fatty places. i wish billings had like a little diner like from the movie Grease! that place is so cute!

Can you believe that we've away Lac du Bois for only a month and a half? it seems like forever doesn't it. i started school today. my french class is cool, because there are only about 17 of us, and everybody can understand and speak French pretty well.

No way has it only been a month and a half. that is just crazy! ah school- it's so wonderful to know that all you're friends are suffering just like you. what i mean is it sucked knowing ya'll were on vacation while i was learning about who knows what! and when ya'll are on spring break i'll be like crying in class. you wanna know what our break in the spring is called? spring day. yes that's right we get a three day weekend. and for everyone who actually participates in things like music it's not even a three day weekend because it's either district or state music festival i can't remember. all i know is that my spring break consists of going to Myrtle Beach SC to do a nationals competition and of course meet hot guys with hot accents and go to the beach parties they're hosting (we got our iteneraries the other day in 5 days there's 4 parties!) but yeah so those days go against my 10 per semester even though it's for a school related activity! it's soooo stupid! but then again i do get an awesome danielle's birthday break! i'm going to hawaii for a week, then the next weekend it's volleyball state and we go somewhere for that and then it's winter formal! ahh i can't even believe it. what a fabulous 2 weeks for my birthday (because we all know that's why my daddy's doctor meeting is going to hawaii over november 3!!!) <3

there was a girl from my school at I-day too... i didn't see her but truth be told i was avoiding her cause she's really weird and she thinks we're like best friends but we're not... she like anime and i can't stand anime but yeah so like last day of school she was like i'll see you at i-day! and i was like yeah see you there (in my fake nice voice- i don't know if ya'll got to experiance that i was always very real at camp) and then i spent i-day avoiding her.... it was difficult but i managed! that's why i didn't do the dance spectiale thing... that and i woulda showed everyone up with my mad dancing skills. hum u know what's funny is that if kate hadn't been at i-day then i wouldn't have been on the soccer team and if i hadn't been on the soccer team, evelyne probably wouldn't have been either and then her foot wouldn't have been hurt.... funny how that works isn't it

Pretty much billings is CrAzY tonight! one high school is having it's homecoming and then there was the HUGEST rivalry game in montana tonight! billings senior (wohhho) vs billings west (boo) so basically in the first 30 seconds of the game we scored and our confidence was like BOOM through the roof! cuz everyone thought we would loose to west because well we usually do in like every sport except volleyball. so anyways we won 42-30 and it was an amazing game! all the boys were pumped up! and because it was an away game they were on the same side as the student section which made it even funner because all the guys who weren't playing were trying to pump up the crowd even more than they already were and then at the end of the game, the whole student section stormed the feild and i almost got trampled but i was like booking it..... it was so much fun! oh and omg i almost forgot we got to wear the football player's black jersey's and we got to pick the number we wanted so obviously i picked like the most gorgeous guy ever and he totally noticed me in the halls after 5th period (we wore uniform all day) and he just smiled so of course i smiled back! but at homecoming i'm wearing it again and his dad is going to take a picture of us together you know the two 80's. ahh i can't wait.

there's a foreign exchange student in my biology class. he's from Hungry and his english kind of sucks. (but then again so does mine and my french). but yeah anyways he like sits next to me and stares at me. it's a tad bit creepy. but what ever- i can get used to that... it's the girl in my math class that's annoying. i don't know if she's an exchange student or not but she like doesn't get math and like my teacher says evens and she's like which ones do we do? and i'm like the ones that end w/ a 0, 2, 4, 6, or 8 and she like doesn't get it. if she's an exchange student than i'll cut her some slack but if not... my God

today... i had a crew race. for those of you who stay on land all the time, crew is rowing in really skinny boats. anyway, we were rowing up in Puget sound at olympia. i was in the varsity eight, which is a boat with 8 rowers who each have 1 oar. it was an 8 mile course, and we finished at 52:30, which was the best time of the day and 30 seconds off the overall course record.

crew sounds cool.... ok so yesterday i had to go to the southside to watch this instructional video for this fundraiser we're doing. now in billings the southside is not very nice and there's lots of gangs and drugs down there. so i go driving down there in my jeep and pink cardigan and all these like poor people were like watching me and glaring and it was scary! but yeah so i got lost trying to find this place down there! and i pulled into the stockyard (eww cows and horses smell) and i call this guy on my cell and like he tells me to go right but he means left and so i get even more lost but finally i found it but yeah anyways.... my southside adventure was quite the scare. and as you drive north you can just see the standerd of living like increase! so i was so happy to get back on the right side of the tracks and once i got onto Rimrock Road (which is the farthest north you can go in the main part of billings) and i was just like ahh thank god i didn't die!!
Ok new subject that's on the lighter side: this weekend we're playing the spartans and we're doing that cheer off saturday night live with will ferrell where it's like "who's that spartan in my teepee" and the person standing up is rocking back and forth with her hands over her head like a teepee and then some one pokes their head inbetween thier legs and is like "it's me! it's me!" and then we're going to be like uhhuh uhhuh uhhuh uhhuh uhhuhn go broncs! with like this karate move.... it will be pretty hilarious so i'll try to get it on video and i'll post it on my photobucket so ya'll can see it.... my squad and i are such d.o.r.k.s!!

We had another football game last night. although this game was the first game i really had fun being an upperclassman, we lost 7-14 in the last quarter. our football is now 0-5, which basically puts them at a lower level than star wars 2. basically what i am doing is switching my allegence to Skyview, where alot of my crew friends go and that has a team that wins.

boo no you cannot switch to any school called Skyveiw. they are our rivals, although they aren't our biggest rivals it's still enough. but anyways i really need to vent some stuff and no one has to read it if they don't want to it's just a way to get it all out you know? My varsity squad this year consists of 1 varsity returner, 5 girls who were on JV last year, and 6 brand-new girls. The brand new girls basically get on my nerves. Ashleigh will ask you a question and when you tell her an answer she gets all snoty. And yeah her mom just like up and left her like 2 weeks ago but she was already living with her grandma so it's really not that big of a deal. she yells at baylee j. and annie all the time for hanging out with each other but that's what best friends do-they hang out with each other. so yeah then there's baylee s. she is so immature and it is understandable because she's got 7 younger brothers and sisters and another brother on the way. but still and then she's all mad at me because i got captian which isn't my fault. she said that i get everything i want (so not true) and that i'm spoiled (a little bit true) and she doesn't even know the half of it. her parents aren't super succesful and known through out the city which is really annoying because in public i always have to be like perfect and so when i do have a boyfriend, i can never do anything with him in public because i'm sacred my parents will find out. plus there's so much pressure from them to get good grades and get into a great college. which are things i want for myself as well but it takes a toll on me like the other night i got no sleep because i had to cheer a soccer game, then ihad to study for a history test and an english test. you know what everyone else did? they went to sleep and failed the tests but at least they got sleep! my parents freak out when i get a B on a test. that's why i love camp. it's a time when i can be who i am. my parents aren't there to judge me and no one there has ever heard of Tersh McCracken, MD, winner of the McClian Fellowship, President of the OB/GYN wing of the hospital, ACOG district presdient... the list goes on. then my parents friends expect me to be like my mom and volunteer for everything and be amazing. basically i only volunteer for cheerleading because it's fun to work with all my friends. ok i'm going to stop now. i'm complaining about a life that to everyone else seems perfect.

so, hows french going for everyone now? my class is pretty cool. there are only 17 of us, and Madame doesn't really grade any of the homework anymore. theres this one guy Micheal, who can speak pretty good french but always speaks english anyway. today, he was doing his work on top of a ladder that the janitor had left. basically, there are only three people in the class who give answers in french. ones me, and theres the german exchange student for whom french is his fourth language, and then there's Michelle, who is basically good at everything anyway, and probably the only reason she hasn't already graduated is to take this class.
